The wheels of this well-oiled, electronic-meets-instruments, funk-drunk machine are geared up and ready to roll for their fourth full-length assault on the auditory and flexitory senses. Their new baby aims for the ass and hits its target right out of the gates with the slinky and sinister beats of “AM/FM,” and with all systems go, the band’s grooves – think punk meets new-wave – are tight and condensed over the course of the next eight tracks. !!! keeps the trickery and tomfoolery to a minimum, instead focusing on the songs here, trimming out the filler and leaving us with plenty of old-fashioned fat.
